Scope of Work

Luxury is when something feels perfectly tailored to you
Phase 1: Meet & Discover (Consultation)
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your needs, lifestyle, and vision for the space. This initial discussion helps me define the project’s mood, function, and personality, laying the foundation for a design that feels uniquely yours.
Phase 2: Concept & Research
Drawing from our consultation, I develop the design concept through curated research, mood boards, and style direction. This stage explores materials, colours, furniture, and spatial flow to visually express the desired ambiance and aesthetic for your project.
Phase 3: Presentation & Refinement
Your concept presentation includes design boards, furniture layouts, and proposed finishes. We refine these together, incorporating your feedback and final selections. Detailed costings and timelines are then presented, ensuring clarity before production begins.
Phase 4: Procurement & Production
Once approved, I proceed with procurement and manufacturing. Every piece, from custom furniture to selected finishes, is coordinated and managed to meet the design intent. My team oversees progress and quality to ensure seamless execution.

Phase 5: Installation & Completion
The final stage brings the design to life. Furniture and décor are installed, styling is completed, and the space is revealed. For larger projects, installation and production may overlap to maintain efficiency. We conclude with a final walkthrough to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations.
